Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI) is a worldwide organization of women leaders in food, beverage and hospitality that focuses on education, advocacy and philanthropy to promote the achievement of women in culinary professions.

Membership is awarded by invitation only and is comprised of women who represent the multifaceted professions within the fields of contemporary gastronomy and hospitality. Members are women who have achieved distinction and high professional stature, and are very knowledgeable in the areas of wine, food and hospitality. Denise is one of the founders and a board member of the South Florida chapter @LesDamesSoFL.

Each Les Dames Chapter conducts annual fundraising projects and awards scholarships to women in culinary, beverage and hospitality industries. To date, the 40 LDEI Chapters have collectively awarded nearly $4 million in culinary scholarships.
