Established in 1981 by the late Julia Child, the late Robert Mondavi and others, AIWF provides a forum for the study and enjoyment of gastronomy. Located in Napa, California, AIWF is a national organization of professionals and enthusiasts dedicated to enhancing the quality of life by providing education about what we eat and drink.
